These training sessions will offer you an hour’s tuition in a very small group (usually 3 or 4 ) followed by a feedback discussion.

They are very economically priced and ideal for those of you whose time is limited.

Groups are split into Novice and Advanced/Experienced and both sessions run on the same day so you can have the benefit of watching others taken through their paces if you wish.
